Privacy Policy

NeverMiss ("we", "our", or "the app") is a birthday and event reminder app developed by LifeLayer Apps. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

NeverMiss stores all your event data locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal information.

• Events & Reminders: Names, dates, times, and notes you enter are stored in a local database on your device.
• Contacts (optional): If you choose to import birthdays, the app reads your address book locally. Contact data is not uploaded or shared.
• Calendar (optional): If you choose to import calendar events, the app reads your device calendar locally. Calendar data is not uploaded or shared.
• iCloud Backup (optional): If you use the iCloud backup feature, your event data is stored in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• App Settings: Preferences such as language, theme, and notification time are stored locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase and device identifiers. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements to free-plan users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Processes in-app purchases through Apple's payment system.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or account information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs beyond what is described above.

4. Notifications

NeverMiss sends local notifications to remind you of upcoming events. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

NeverMiss is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings > Clear All Events within the app, or by deleting the app from your device. If you used iCloud backup, you can remove the backup from your iCloud storage settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
